Prior to jointly establishing INDUSTRIAL VALUATION CO.,LTD,he was with
American Appraisal Japan Co., Ltd. where he had performed valuation of
machinery and equipment in numerous manufacturing industries, including
metal working, non-ferrous metal, steel, semiconductor, flat panel display,
print circuit board, electronic apparatus, renewable energy, for the purposes
of GAAP based Purchase Price Allocation and Impairment Test, M&A transactions,
tax/transfer pricing, corporate rehabilitation, leasing, and litigation.
He started his career at Mitsubishi Material Corporation as engineer in
cement division, followed by Yamada Business Consulting where he provided
consulting and due diligence services for manufacturing industry, such
as metal working, pump, electronic component, concrete, food, and at Metal
Group, Mitsubishi Corporation, engaged in overseas investment projects.

Japan but also in ASEAN,CHINA, USA and Europe, in many industries, such
as petrochemical, semiconductor, flat panel display,electronic components,metal
working, iron&steel, paper,power plant, helicopter, regional jet,
vessel, construction equipment etc. on purpose of M&A transaction,
purchase price allocation, leasing, insurance, in American Appraisal Japan.
He started his career at Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Company,Limited and
engaged in operation of fire insurance, special insurance for nuclear power
plants,and loss prevention service for approximately 200 Japanese factories
in ASEAN region.

assistance in creating invention , in producing patent rights or trademarks and in redesigning products to escape other’s patents,and he also has been
acting as a vice director of the Intellectual Property Evaluation Promotion Center, Japan Patent Attorneys Association since 2009,and has been engaged
in developing valuation methods of intellectual properties by way of the standardization and training candidates of appraisers thereof.

consultant engineer to provide service,such as engineering evaluation in accident,survey of manufacturing and equipment in automobile industry,
technical support for auto manufactuers in start-up of new model or rationalization of production in China,Korea,Vietnam,South Africa,East Europe.
