you if you provide only financial valuation,such as intangible assets,business on PPA purpose. On PPA purpose,valuation of personal property are
not necessarily required when personal property are not significant in total asset,thus collaborating with us on project basis would be much more
cost-effective than to employ regular M&E appraisers.
